 At least 2 years in a customer facing position, ideally customer success or account management.
 Fluency in English.
 Strong relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal.

REQUISITOS

Experiencia mínima de 2 a 5 años en atención al cliente en el sector del lujo.
Muy valorable tener conocimientos de joyería i/o relojería.

Nuestro cliente, importante empresa del sector moda hogar y decoración retail ubicada en Barcelona precisa incorporar un/a International Customer Service.


Funciones:


- desarrollar y gestionar la cartera de clientes del canal retail en los países establecidos

- definir e implementar la estrategia de expansión para captar nuevos clientes

- presentar y negociar los acuerdos comerciales y cerrar las ventas

- tramitar los pedidos y hacer el seguimiento

- elaborar informes de ventas  y seguimiento de kpi´s

- elaborar acciones comeciales para incrementar las ventas

- supervisar el canal retail (fisico y on line) para una correcta implementación de la marca

- participar en las ferias del sector

- cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos


Requisitos fundamentales:


- nivel muy alto de castellano e inglés

- experiencia de al menos 4 años en Dpts de Ventas Internacionales

- experiencia en empresas del sector retail (preferiblemente textil hogar y decoración, mobiliario o textil)
